There are times in your life when you meet a person and you have immediate connection. I experienced that almost 20 years ago when I met a a young singer named Chris Tomlin. He and I were both leading a high school event in a small rural town in East Texas. That was the beginning of a lifelong friendship. Though life has taken us very different directions over the years, we have stayed in contact as friends.
A few weeks ago, Chris asked me what he could do to help my campaign. Out of that conversation grew a plan for a benefit concert series March 1 and 2. Chris will be joined by Oklahoma native musician Jami Smith and Oklahoma’s own comedy genius Tommy Woodard. Now, for the price of a movie, you can enjoy some amazing acoustic music and help raise money for the James Lankford for Congress campaign.

March 2 Oklahoma City -- Chris Tomlin and Tommy Woodard will be hosted by Bill and Linda Green 3:00 – 4:15 pm -- afternoon event for Senior Adults at First Southern Baptist Church, Del City, 6400 S Sooner Rd, 73135 – Special afternoon cost – $5.00 – Tickets at the door
March 2 Oklahoma City -- Chris Tomlin, Jami Smith and Tommy Woodard 7:30 – 8:45 pm at First Southern Baptist Church, Del City, 6400 S Sooner Rd, 73135
Tickets Purchased at the Door -- $15.00 per person
General Admission Seating (cash or personal check only)
Pre-Paid Tickets may be picked up at the door 45 minutes before concert starts.
All proceeds will benefit the James Lankford for Congress Campaign. There are no refunds. If you would like more information on either concert, please contact our office at (405) 509-1182.
I just purchased online here 2 tickets for March 2nd in the evening. Do I pick up my tickets at the night of the concert at Southern Hills Baptist Church?

You pick up your tickets at the concert – but the location is First Southern Baptist Church Del City now. We have moved to a larger location to give us more flexibility. I know, a late change – but it is a better location. Thank you! See you there.
